Kane Henderson and the Blueridge Barons win Virginia state championship

From January 26 - February 3 the EABN Rising stars (Kane Henderson, Delano Monkau, Kick Jagt and Bjorn Merkx) took a trip to Virginia where they planned to take their basketball talents to. They visited 3 high schools and watched the Virginia state championship where one of our players Kane Henderson played for the winning team, the Blueridge Barons.

The boys also went on a tour of Washington, the White House, and the Lincoln memorial. While watching a basketball tournament in Maryland they also met with top Dutch player, Tristan Enaruna Isaiah Stewart who plays for a top 10 team in the USA .

...And they really wanted to play some ball so they worked out at LA Fitness in Springfield, Virginia, where they also ate a lot of burgers.

It was a fun trip for the boys and they were able to see where they could be playing if they put in the work, which only motivated them more to work harder. They hope to return to the USA this summer to join tournaments.
